​My suite is inside Salons by JC. Enter the building and turn left, away from the managers office. Continue around the corner and find me in suite 24, on the left side of the hallway
​How Long Can I Go Between Appointments With Gray Blending?
There's no concrete answer for this because it's different for everyone. I have gray blend clients who want touch ups every 5 weeks. I also have gray blending clients who only come in 3 times a year. Your maintenance timeline will depend on your goal color, your gray patterns, and your own tolerance for seeing the roots grow in
Your hair will grow, on average, a half inch a month regardless of what we put on it. With opaque gray coverage, you'll see a horizontal line of demarcation. The goal with gray blending is to use vertical dimension to create an optical illusion and make your new growth less noticeable. We can create the dimension either with highlights or by using a demi permanent color that allows your grays to peek through and pretend to be highlights. Light brown and blonde looks are the most successful ways to achieve this, but gray blending can be done with a range of goal colors
Do You Offer Quiet Appointments?
​​Yes. It's not listed as a separate service because it doesn't impact the timing or price. When you arrive for your appointment we will do a full consultation and decide what our end goal is. After the consult you can let me know you're going to sit quietly and then feel free to read your book, put in headphones, scroll your phone, etc.
​What Is A Salon Suite?
Salon suites are a newer system where independent stylists rent space from a landlord. You can think of it like an office building but for beauty professionals. I am a tenant of Salons by JC Burlington/Lexington, and my location is home to stylists, barbers, and nail artists. You can also find tanning, makeup, and massage services. The building is conveniently laid out like an oval, so it's easy to navigate
Can I Bring My Kids?
​I'm always happy to accommodate the children of my clients for their haircuts. For the safety and comfort of everyone, children who are not receiving services should not be brought to your appointment.
